Mr. Abdus Sabur Miah, FCS, ACCA

Chief Consultant

Mr. Abdus Sabur Miah, FCS (Fellow Chartered Secretary, F-0267) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), is the Founder and Chief Consultant of ASM & Associates. A distinguished governance and compliance expert, Mr. Miah has over two decades of experience advising listed and private companies on regulatory affairs, corporate restructuring, and secretarial best practices. His leadership has guided numerous organizations toward enhanced governance and risk management standards.

He is widely respected for his analytical approach, professionalism, and strategic insight, which continue to shape ASM’s commitment to excellence and integrity in professional practice.

Mr. Mahmud Hossan Belali, FCS (F-0287)

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Mahmud Hossan Belali, FCS, brings visionary leadership and deep business acumen to his role as CEO of ASM. With extensive experience in strategic management, operations, and business development, he has successfully led organizational transformation projects emphasizing sustainability and innovation.

Under his leadership, ASM has expanded its footprint through digitalization, international partnerships, and a strong culture of continuous learning. Mr. Belali is a firm believer in people-centered leadership — fostering teamwork, accountability, and innovation to achieve long-term client satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Mr. Nazzam Ali Khan, ACS (A-0695)

Executive Director

Mr. Nazzam Ali Khan, FCS, is an accomplished Chartered Secretary and a seasoned professional in accounting, taxation, and business consultancy. With over 15 years of experience, he has advised both local and foreign entities on corporate compliance, tax planning, and company law matters.

As Executive Director of ASM, he oversees strategic operations and ensures smooth coordination across departments. Mr. Khan’s broad expertise in regulatory affairs, RJSC, BIDA, and NBR-related compliance work strengthens ASM’s capacity to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end corporate solutions. He is also an Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) and a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association.

Md. Arifur Rahman

Chief Accounts & Finance Officer (CAFO)

Md. Arifur Rahman is a veteran finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, audit, and compliance, particularly within donor-funded and non-profit sectors. He has successfully led numerous financial audits under UN agencies, FAPAD, and ISDB projects, ensuring transparency and accountability at every level.

At ASM, he oversees financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while promoting efficient resource utilization and financial sustainability. His strong command over accounting systems like QuickBooks Enterprise and Tally ERP, combined with his academic excellence in Accounting and Tax Management, make him a vital pillar of the firm’s financial operations.
